Hello! My name is Kari Truong. Ever since I could remember I have been self-conscious of my body. It didn't hit me the most until a close friend of mine's mother said that I gained a lot of weight. It hit me pretty hard, so then I decided to try out different diets and sometimes I would skip meals hoping that I'd lose weight. It wasn't healthy and it didn't work. I was the heaviest I have ever been weighing at 128 pounds. I had a goal to lose 10 pounds, but I could never reach it no matter how hard I tried.

I was going through Facebook and I noticed my friend posting before and after pictures of those who she helped through YOR Health. I was really curious and we set up a time to speak with one another. She told me all the benefits and how great YOR Health was and I was open-minded to the idea, so I decided to try it out.

The products I used were the probiotics, digestive ultra, vanilla/chocolate MRP, supergreens, and completeburn. I would replace my breakfast for a MRP shake with supergreens. For lunch, I would take a digestive ultra with my food. Before my workouts or heading off to work, I would take a completeburn. For dinner, I would either eat something small or replace it with another MRP shake. After a couple days of doing this, I was beginning to see results and I was so happy. I lost about 5 pounds within the first 2 weeks of using YOR Health and I did it without having to skip meals.

Completeburn definitely helped me when I needed exercise. I hated the thought of exercise, but using completeburn gave me so much energy. I went to the gym about 3-5 times a week. At first, I only had enough energy to do about an hour on the elliptical. Now, I do an hour on the elliptical and I go for a 30 minute run on the treadmill. I saw the results kicking in and it made me believe so much more in the products.

Looking at my before and after pictures completely shocks me. I never thought that I could lose all the weight I had gained. I even passed my weight loss goal (10 lbs). By the end of this challenge, I lost about 12-13 lbs and I definitely feel more confident. I'm still pushing myself to keep going, but it was all thanks to YOR Health for showing me that I can lose the weight and I can reach my goals. This challenge definitely left a positive impact on my life and I have to thank all my friends, family, and especially the ones in my YOR Health team for being so supportive of me through this process.
