Hola familia YOR HEALTH, quiero compartirles que inicié con un peso de 53 kilos buscando una meta de aumentar masa muscular y estoy muy contenta, ya que me he mantenido en mi talla y peso en este reto. Es simple hacer el reto de 8 semanas, es divertido y sobre todo lo más importante es que en mi esposo y mis hijos se sienten contentos conmigo y muy felices de verme con energía y mejor actitud, la digestión es de vital importancia para mí, y hoy es completamente saludable, mis dos hijos están felices de que su mami tenga mayor tiempo con ellos y mejor energía y salud. En este reto me tomé todo lo que contiene un fitness set, combinándolo con un régimen de alimentación bajo en carbohidratos azúcares y grasas, con un alto contenido de proteína, y muchos vegetales. Tengo que confesar que no pude realizar la cantidad de ejercicio que hubiera querido para que mis resultados fueran más evidentes, y lograr mi meta de aumentar en masa muscular. El próximo reto será en el que podré alcanzar esta meta.
