En este reto quedé mucho más feli por mis resultados. Aunque todavía no he tonificado como yo quiero si siento una diferencia radical entre el antes y el después. Hacía una hora diaria de ejercicio o por lo menos terciado. Por mi trabajo ya no puedo dedicar tanto tiempo para ejercitarme pero me abría espacio por las mañanas temprano.
Tomaba una dosis de Super Greens en ayunas más un probiotico y de desayuno de una a dos medidas de MRP más una de Muscle Energy, durante la comida un Digest Ultra y los dos Repairs durante la noche ya que me ayudaban a dormir mejor.
