Hola! Mi nombre es Angela Cadena Sahagun tengo 33 años y son mamà de una hermosa niña de casi 4 años.
Este ciclo fue realmente un reto para mi, me compometi a hacer un cambio en mis habitos, en mi alimentaciòn y en la forma de hacer ejercicio. Es realmente gratificante el ver como al tomar una decision y visualizar el final de tu meta puede hacer el camino hacia la misma algo divertido y alentador. Mi regimen fue:
-Antes de mi entrenamiento un berryblast o 1 scoop de YOR Shake.
- Entrenamiento de 10min de cardio/ una rutina de pesas y al terminar de 20 a 30min de cardio
- Terminando mi entrenamiento 2 scoop de YOR Shake (en ocasiones le agregaba canela), un snack a media mañana, mi comida lo mas sana posible junto a mi Digest Ultra, un supergreens a media tarde y una cena ligera junto a otro Digest Ultra.
- Antes de dormir un Probiotics Ultra y Repair Ultra.
Cada dia me convenzo mas de que una alimentacion correcta no es suficiente ya que si no absorbes las propiedades nutrimentales de tus comidas no obtendras lo deseado, no cabe duda que el NDS es un parteaguas en el mundo de la nutricion.
