Before starting the 8 week challenge I lived a lifestyle of eating poorly, eating foods which were good at the time but made me feel really flat and unmotivated. I had a gym membership but every time I trained I always finished up with pain and aches, which didn't make exercise very enjoyable. Standard issues with health were also there, high blood pressure, out of breath doing the lawns, and my sleep was very poor.
Thanks to being introduced to the yorhealth products and the 8 week challenge it's fair to say a lot has changed. Im feeling better, look better and my health is much better!
I have lost some weight, gone down two holes on my belt, sleeping better, and was able to take away a blood pressure tablet. Breathing is a lot better, and going to the gym was enjoyable. I was motivated and was excited by the change.
Due to never having breakfast, I started my days off with the yorhealth mrp. It was so easy and convenient. I would also add a serving of the berry blast which gave me that spring in my step that I needed throughout the day. I would also have a yor repair ultra and a yor probiotics ultra.
Thanks to the yor digest ultra, my meals that I had throughout the day were never leaving me uncomfortable, and was by far my favourite product, along with the yor fibre plus! Not to mention the sleep being a lot better too thanks to having a yor repair ultra before I go to bed.
Being involved in the 8 week challenge and using the products, motivated me to go to the gym. So I would train 3-4 times a week, mainly walking or cycling and I would finish off with some weights.
As a whole, this whole experience has definitely been worth it. My health is better, I'm feeling better and looking better. Receiving compliments about my transformation has been great, but motivating others around me to do something about their health too has been a reward in itself!!
