My essay

My initial weight when I started the 8 week challenge was 85kg. Now that I have finished the 8 week challenge my final weight is 81kg. That is a massive 4kg difference just by using the products in the sculpt set.

I did a little experiment when I took the products. So what I did was that I did not change my lifestyle or my eating habits. I went to the gym twice a day and I did not have a diet plan, just ate the same meals as before, the only difference was that I integrated the products to my daily routine everyday, to test if the products did actually work.

As the week went on, the kilos kept dropping ! And I was excited that i saw results in a matter of weeks. This actually has changed my whole perspective on life because for the past 2 years "trying to get fit" and get my "dream body" and all I thought to get that was to eat less and workout more plus add a bit of protein, straight after hitting up the gym. Oh man I was so wrong, after seeing quick results in a matter of weeks, i can see my abs (little bit) for the first time !
