The 8-week Best Body challenge has been one of my favorite personal challenges of all times!
I have always been into athletics, sports, strength training, and good overall health. I've been through several different workout routines (my favorite being P90X 1, 2 and 3). But something has always been missing. The workouts are great and my fitness levels improved, but I was never able to reach the upper limit that I wanted to. I blamed it on diet. I couldn't afford to keep up with all the different foods and varieties of proteins and so forth that I needed to get in my system. But then... I was shown the light, that is to say the YOR health products "light."
Check me out okay? Im a slim body type and I'm running the same strength training regimes I've run before, without changing my main diet or grocery list, I simply added the Sculpt set supplements to my life and I immediately noticed a difference! From a starting weight of 119lbs I jumped up to 133lbs within the first 4 weeks of my challenge and I was feeling pumped up!
What specific products helped me get there you ask? It was simple and straightforward. The Probiotics Ultra, YOR Fiber Plus, and YOR Supergreens at rising. After breakfast, I added an MRP snack around mid morning. Then for lunch I took the YOR Multi-Vitamins and YOR Digest Ultra, with whatever I would normally eat. When mid afternoon rolled around it was time for another YOR Shake to hold me until the evening supper, which was also supplemented by the Vitamins and Digest Ultra.
I took the Berry Blast as well, whenever I felt a slump in the day. I never once felt a negative side affect like I have experienced with other in-named "energy" drinks.
I was always sure to have a serving of the YOR Muscle Energy after my workouts. The muscle energy has got to be like my favorite taste... Man my mouth is watering right now just typing this testimonial!
One of the last pieces to my regime, but in no way the least important, was the YOR Repair Ultra at bedtime. When I took the repair, the next day I felt fully pumped for another workout. If I missed a night of the repair... it reminded me really fast why I was taking it! The DOMS would strike for sure haha, and I would be both sore and sluggish in my workout.
I noticed benefits in other areas of my life as well. To make this long testimonial shorter, let's just say I stopped getting sick all the time, I began to have normal and regular elimination, my digestion was supercharged (I could digest a full meal in 4-5 hours, as proven by the elimination), and many other improvements.
All in all I am simply sold for life on the YOR Health products. I feel blessed to have a quality product and vehicle for helping me and my loved ones reach personal health goals in simple and effective ways. As for me? As long as I care about my health I will always be using YOR Health products.
Where there any negatives, you ask? I guess I am a little shy on my 8-week final results. I was hoping for close to 140lbs ending weight and I was definitely on track to hit it. To be honest... about week 5 my employment situation got fairly complicated. That didn't really allow me the time or energy to hit the weights like I needed to in order to finish strong. With that being said, after almost 4 weeks of sparsely working out--I STILL only dropped 4lbs from my "high water mark." Which gives me a lot of optimism for this next 8 weeks and hitting it hard all over again!
