My name is Con Le and I started the challenge weighing in at 140 pounds, and my final weight now is 144 pounds. My goal was to sculpt lean muscle and happy to say that the 4 pounds that I gained was nothing but lean muscle and I even burned some unwanted fat along the way too! I have always been into fitness, but there are many reasons why I chose YOR Health and the 8 week challenge. One of the reasons being that I had never seen something that made health and fitness so convenient and fun! Ive tried many different ways to get fit but whenever I reached my goal I realized how hard it was to maintain my results and would end up where I started a few months later. So getting in shape for me was always a up and down process. The 8 week challenge showed me that health doesn’t have to be just for 8 weeks, and to make it last I had to make it a lifestyle. In my 8 weeks Ive picked up healthier habits, and the product line was able to make it convenient for me to stay on my regimen. It gave me the energy I needed to get up and go workout. It also filled the gaps in my diet to provide me with better nutrition and I finally feel that my health is more balanced than ever before! What really sold me was “Natural”, and that’s exactly how my body felt! Its hard for me to pin point what products helped me the most because all of them had a lot of value in my challenge! I personally would take 3 MRP shakes(w/ fiber and super greens in 2 of them) a day along with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner which made it easy for me to maintain the recommended 6 small meals a day. Second of course taking my Digest ultra and vitamins with lunch and dinner to help break down the food I was eating.Berry Blast once during my day when I needed a energy boost, Repair and probiotics before bed to help my body recover at night. Lastly complete burn before my workouts to help crank out more intensity with every workout! I worked out about 4-5 days a week, 4 on a busy week and 5 on a slow week. I'm now more confident,loving the way my body has transformed and more motivated to help others to there goals! I can say as of now that I am in the best shape of my life thanks to the 8 week challenge and don't plan on stopping here, this is just cycle one! Cycle 2 here we come!
