I started the challenge because a few of my friends had previously done the challenge and had extraordinary results and winning the challenge.
Seeing their transformation i knew i had to give it ago! I started out at around 81kgs and my goal was just to cut down fat while gaining lean muscle. My end weight ended up just under 80kgs.
When i started the challenge i would use the probiotics and repair when i woke up along with the super greens and fibre mixed together in a shake.
During my big meals i would have my digest so lunch and dinner everyday :) i would take my berry blast mid afternoon when i would start to get a slump and it would give me incredible energy to finish off my day with no crash effect! One of my favourite products alongside the super greens!
After a week on my challenge i lost about 3kgs straight up and after that slowly put on lean muscle for the rest of the challenge, my friends couldnt believe the results i was getting so quickly and i was constantly breaking pb's in the gym!
Before i started the challenge i was hit by injury which restricted my work outs, i had overstretched one of the muscles in my shoulder which prevented me from doing chest, triceps and shoulders for my whole challenge. Because of this i could not train 7 days a week which is what i normally do, instead was generally 4 days.
Despite being injured for my whole challenge, i was still pretty impressed with my results. And thanks to YOR Health i always have plenty of energy, i feel fantastic every day and despite my injuries, my unaffected muscle groups are stronger then they have ever been!
