This is my third 8 week challenge and still being amazed by how great I feel and the results I am getting.

During this challenge I continued to take the full range of products but this time I introduced the Yor Super Slims into my daily regimen. I try to eat every 2-3 hours 6 times a day and do weight training at gym 6 days a week in the morning before work. Before the super slims I would struggle to last the full 2 hours between meals which was really frustrating when working fulltime, but now I am not as hungry anymore meaning I can actually last the full 3 hours between meals, which is great! I have also noticed the fat I had stored around my leg and bum area has really minimised which is amazing as this has been my goal area for years!!

In addition to the above, the rest of my results are:
- no longer bloated
- a lot more regular
- skin is a lot healthier
- Am sleeping through the whole night
- Have energy through the whole day
- no longer sore from my workouts

So its safe to say I am absolutely loving the range and have never felt this good!

At the end of this challenge I did a Body Composition test to see where I was at. I lost a total of 3 kgs and my body fat was at 21.6% which for a female is in the Lean category - so I'm wrapped and cant wait to see where I am at in another 8 weeks time!

My Daily Product Regimen was:

Upon Rising & after Gym:
Super Greens, Berry Blast, Fibre
2 x Super Slims - 30/60 mins before breakfast

Lunch:
2 x Super Slims - 30/60 mins before lunch

Dinner:

Before Bed:
