I've been struggling with my weight since I was in my early teens. My self esteem and body image took a hit through high school and it was difficult to stay motivated. I had gotten to a point where I had put off loosing weight for so long that I'd given up without realising it. I started this 8 week challenge with one of my best friends and we have motivated and supported each other the entire way.

My journey started at a weight of 96.7kg. It's been a long 8 weeks but I have managed to get down to 90.9kg with a loss of 5.8kg. I've lost 43.3cm around my body with 9.2cm around my waist alone. My clothes are fitting better and in some cases falling off me.

I started my mornings with a Yor Probiotic and either a healthy breakfast or a Yor shake with a scoop or two of the Yor fiber plus, depending on how much time I have. I took my Yor digestive with lunch and my Yor repair at night before bed. The shakes were great for an after dinner snack if I was looking for a sweet dessert. The Yor berry blast, my favourite, was great just before a work out or even for an energy boost, especially at work.

Before the challenge I always tried to stay somewhat active by playing basketball and netball. Since starting my 8 weeks I have added personal training sessions to my week. I train at least 3 days a week with 45 min fairly intense sessions.

By using the products,with a combination of healthy eating and exercise, I have noticed amazing results. Not only with my physical appearance but with my mental health and self image as well. I have more energy during the day and have noticed my fitness levels have also improved. I am a happier person and my drive to push myself is stronger than ever. I will continue to use the products and will sign up to do the challenge again.
