Overall I am happy with what I have been able to achieve in this 8 week challenge.
It was the first I was fully committed to and despite multiple injury setbacks I continued to work towards my goals.
While I am still not where I want to be, it's definitely progress.

I ended up weighing more than I started, but I have lost size so can only put it down to building lean muscle :)

The regime that I followed allowed me to continue eating all the foods I love in moderation and the yor health products did the rest.

Mornings: 2 repair, probiotic, berry blast, super greens and 2 super slim, 2 vitamins

Midday: 2 super slim, mrp shake with lunch and digest


Dinner: 2 repair, 2 super slim, 2 vitamins.

I can't wait to begin my best challenge and see how much further I can get!
