Before I started on the YOR Health products, I had previously lost weight using a diet with set up meals and following a planned menu using the meals that were provided. I hit a point where I could no longer drop weight and began to feel really disheartened that this was the end of my goal, that I could not progress any further. I was then introduced to YOR Health, and I began to think what have I got to lose other then weight?! I set myself up on the Go Green set, and added a YOR MRP. I drank my supergreens and fibre in the morning with a piece of fruit, and throughout the day I would snack on nuts and fruit and before a workout I would have my YOR MRP with Berry Blast and I was full of energy! I ate clean and drank plenty of water, along with having my vitamins, digest ultra with meals and have recently discovered the YOR Super Slim. Before I started YOR Health, I weighed 78kg and I am now down to 74.5kg. From not being able to move weight for a long time and losing 4.5kg in 8 weeks was great for me. With a busy work schedule I managed to fit in a walk with my dogs nearly every night and had a 1 hour boxing session with my personal trainer once or twice a week. Being on YOR Health products has not only made me look better, but feel better on the inside as well, I don't feel bloated anymore like I used to and I have much more energy throughout the day. It has impacted me physically and mentally and I am so happy with these products and will definitely keep going with them.
