This is not the first 8 week challenge I have enrolled in, but it is by far my most successful in my eyes. Working full time and studying, I have found it challenging to work out as much as I'd like. However, with the help of my girlfriend Mel and her brother Matt, I was able to shift my paradigm. I realised it didn't matter if I couldn't make it to the gym, a run around the block and some push ups can go a long way if done consistently. I take a 'go green' set of the Yor product range, plus repair ultra after exercise or long days. The products have helped me maintain healthy digestion which has had a whole range of positive effects. I'm sleeping better, recovering faster , and I have the stamina to include some form of excercise on even my busiest days. I took the products every day consistently, because I found that any days I missed I struggled with general vitality and even mental clarity. I was averaging 1-2 decent gym workouts a week, and 2-3 home work outs such as a run and push ups when I didn't feel I had the time to get to the gym. For the first time in my life I have challenged my own perception of self image, and seen enough improvement to know that I truly can push myself phyphysical and create whatever results I desire. I know I could have had a more dramatic physical change, but what I really value is the mental shift brought on by seeing even small results. Now I know that mindset is crucial to my physical gains, and I've been able to cultivate a much stronger exercise mentality. I know that without the products backing my efforts, I could easily have followed past patterns and fallen into frustration, eventually quitting on myself. I will never allow myself to do that again, and I can't wait to launch into my next 8 week challenge from the foundation I have built this cycle.
