A couple of years ago my son Matthew Bate introduced me to YOR health supplements. I have been vegetarian since I was 14 but being a busy single mother of three who also runs my own business there often was some sort of deficiency happening. I had just opened a café and was working very very long hours and skipping meals and eating too much junk. I had managed to lose 15kg and together with the supplements felt energised and able to get through my work load. When he suggested the 8 week challenge I said that I thought that to lose another 5 kilos was going to be difficult as my diet was vegan by this stage and did not have a lot of room to improve.
I started on the Yor super slims, the fibre and multi vitamins. I watched what I ate but did not diet. I restricted fats such as avocado. I also tried to practice raw til 4.
Also being 60 my metabolism is not what it used to be and working long hours meant that my exercise regime was restricted.
So now 8 weeks on and a bit more than 5 kilos gone, I feel incredible. I have so much energy and vitality. I am feel much younger than my years and feel that through this healthy lifestyle I can make the most of my life. To feel energised, fit and healthy is a gift that I am grateful for.
