To start off I will say that yes I am proud of my results, but yes I think I could've done even better!
Using the sculpt set I definitely saw an increase in my energy levels straight away and did notice changes in my digestive system which was quite amazing, I did not expect the products to have such a drastic effect straight away, but I'm glad they did!

All in all the first 4 weeks of my challenge I didn't take it seriously, still ate out and had donuts every now and again which wasn't the best! Then in week 5 I went Queensland so I had naturally a lot of beers and ate out breakfast, lunch and dinner, and didn't bring my products either so that was a major set back! The 3 weeks after I came back from QLD I can comfortably say no one trained harder than me! I used no excuse at the gym to push myself going 7 days a week and pushing myself every time! Didn't eat out and only had one or two cheat meals in the 3 weeks! My bench press went from barely being able to do 100kg to pushing 4-6 reps which was huge for me and kept me motivated to keep pushing my limits! In the last couple days of my challenge I went living on 600-1000 Cal a day and still pushing my max at gym! Started the morning with oats, milk, with banana and choc mrp in it around 5am! Then at 12pm I'd have a 130cal salad and then at like 7pm a MRP and I survived on that! It was not easy but it was definitely worth it!

The product regime I took was:
Wake up : Probiotics and berry blast
With every big meal : 1 Digest ultra and 2 vitamin pills
During workout: Supergreens!
After work out: MRP with Fiber plus
Before sleep: 2 repair pills

This has given me a lot of confidence in my body and plan to do another 8 week challenge in January and absolutely smash it to the point where I will exercise 2-3 times a day! Hope everyone else is as proud of their results as I am! :)
