Yo me siento feliz de poder ser parte de este gran movimiento. Gracias a el Reto de 8 semanas a mis 29 años puedo lucir buena figura y sentirme muy bien. El estar inscrita me ha permitido a los largo de un año mantenerme en 55kg, para este reto comencé a hacer pesas para tonificar y baje 1.5kg más. Me quede sorprendida porque solo asisto 2 veces a las semana y hago 1 hr de rutina en aparatos. Este nuevo ciclo voy por más!!!! Hasta lograr el cuerpo que siempre he soñado.
Lo que tomo a diario es: 2 repadores por la mañana y 1 probiotico. La Yor shake la topa como snack en la mañana y comp cena en la noche.
