I used to be the girl with the big smile who goes out and enjoy life. I model and I always volunteer my time to help my community. I feel good about myself and my body. As time flew I knew I've gained some weight but I did not want to face the truth so I looked away from the mirrors because I want to think I was still the skinny beautiful woman I once was. Not until my photos started to slapped me in my face and my clothes became tighter I then peaked at the mirror and at that point I wanted to cried because I couldn't recognized the lady I stared at. Every time my photographers asked me to do a shoot I would lied that I was busy. Most of my friends never see me anymore and everyone started to tell me I've been gone forever. It hurts to not be able to do the things I loved to do. I've decided to open a gym membership and would dragged my friend with me around midnight to 2 am in the morning because that was the time we get off work. We gym for a good year but we saw no results. I begun to seek for trainers and not until I found my mentor Ms. Nyia Vang. She completely changed my life not just physically but also emotionally, mentally, socially, and spiritually. I started out at 122 pounds and I was amazed at the results I had in just two weeks because I lost 12 pounds. I was never happier. Now I stand at 107 pounds. I followed what Ms. Vang told me and today I am a whole new different person. within my 8 weeks challenge I went to the gym 2 weeks only dude to my busy schedule. I now can dress up and do the things I love to do and it feels good to see old and new faces. The best part is when people tell me that I lost some weight and I look good. It is the best decision I've ever made in my life and I recommend you to challenge yourself to your best body. But you cannot do it without your mentor so listen and you will achieved your goals.
