Wow I don't even know where to begin this 8week challenge has changed so many things in my life like discipline eating healthy exercising a lot more and just being able to do what I want before the challenge I weighed about 113 and now I'm still 113 I think because of all the muscles I'm building up its amazing how I can see my body transform and my bmi was 19 at first but it was wrong my actual bmi was 20.9 but now today it went down to 1 and now my bmi is 19 it's still progress and I'm super excited for round 2!!! I feel healthy and alive again I use to eat horribly had bad sleep didn't go to the gym like I usually do now it's an amazing feeling to have but this next round I'm all in it to win it!!!
