Holaaaa! Cada reto nuevo es toda una experiencia y ahora estoy muy emocionado porque después de 2 semanas de haber iniciado tuve una infección muy fuerte por la que, incluso fui hospitalizado una noche. Bajé 2kgs de peso y durante una semana me la pasé yendo al baño y tomando líquidos.
Lo emocionante es que después de la infección, en tan solo 5 semanas pude recuperar los 2 kgs de masa muscular e incluso aumentar considerablemente mi fuerza y resistencia.
