I started the 8 week challenge the very same day that I first started taking the YOR health products. At first it took some getting used to as I would constantly forget to take my Digest Ultra tablets but after using reminders it eventually became a part of my every day routine. I use the Probiotics Ultra, Supergreens, Fibre Plus, Digest Ultra, Berry Blast, Repair Ultra and Mrp. I walk most nights, have a personal trainer once a week and in general try to eat healthy. Since using the YOR health products I have more energy and have become more regular. I have lost approximately 2kg but have also gained muscle as I have increased my weight training. The YOR health products have made me feel fantastic and the 8 week challenge has helped me to set goals to achieve the body that I so desire! My body still isn't as great as I want it to be but I cannot wait to start the next round of the 8 week challenge and work even harder!
