prior this 8 week challenge, i had tried all kinds of food plans that i tried out for an 8 week period,id see results, but in most cases id plateau, then progress will seem to come to a holt.

my first month trying the products i began to see results occur again,losing weight,while NOT losing muscle mass, an losing inches around my waist,more energized to train, even results in the clearness of my skin,and shininess in my hair,

with these results within a month,i decided i had to join the 8 week challenge, using the challenge as an incentive to compete against friends and family to better my body transformation,

during the challenge i found the products best suited my busy lifestyle, it focused on aspects of health i didn't realize was important,i never thought i can have the amount of fruit an vegetables in one scoop as i do with the greens,i never thought a meal could be replaced with a TASTIE meal replacement shake, i never thought you could help aid the bodies digestive system, and i never thought id get the results iv gotten during this 8 weeks,

currently i'm down 10 kg's since first using the products,and officially starting the challenge at 88kgs i only needed to lose 3 to get to my goal weight,i have easily smashed my goal weight currently at 83 kgs 1 day prior to my final weigh in,and have become stronger and fitter then i have ever been, i had my final weigh in and am at 81 kgs.

these products have allowed me to train harder everyday, lose weight, body fat, and inches around my waist which i'm most appreciative of, and to have this opportunity to share my experiences with my friends and family i greatly appreciate.
