This is my second time I have entered in the 8 week challenge. It hasn't been until now looking back at my very first picture and realized as to how big the difference has been. I was so unaware of how badly I was treating my body. I wanted to keep going not only to keep improving on myself but to help motivate others who have felt the same as I once did, unhappy, lethargic and not confident. Time to make a change.
I haven't missed a day without my supergreens, fiber and berry blast in the morning. Its my favourite! Gives me the best start and feel each day. I've gotten so much more focus and have an overall good feeling internally.
I went to the gym (some weight training) but did more cardio like running or intervals this time round, so comparing to the first I did less training, shows that you don't need to go super crazy on the physical side to get good results through this challenge.
Since starting the challenge and being a promoter for 4 months now it has changed my life completely. It has been the best experience I have ever had not only the support and connecting with people who are on the same journey but to gain so much more confidence inside and out.
