Hi everyone,

So I have just finished my first 8 week challenge using the YOR Health products. My goal for myself throughout this challenge was to lose body fat and increase my muscle mass. Overall, I'm super happy with myself and my results!

I can honestly say I have never taken anything that has had the same affect on me as the YOR health products and I ONLY used 2 of them, the YOR SuperGreens and the YOR Digest Ultra. Not only do I look better.. I feel better, I get up early everyday and I'm not tired at all throughout the day and I even got over a cold I had a lot quicker than normaI. I believe it had to do with my diet and the nutrients I'm getting from the super greens. I also noticed a massive difference using the YOR Digest Ultra when it came to my cheat days and in general, I never had that stomach pain or uncomfortable feeling after eating not so good. The enzymes that are in the YOR Digest Ultra really do their job and it shows.

I just want to end by saying thank you YOR Health for giving me the tools and challenging me to be healthier and more fit. I will definitely be taking part in more 8 week challenges in the future.
