I weighed in at 116lbs before the challenge and 120lbs after the 8 weeks were done. I used all the products from the best body set to really get me to my goals. I used the berry blast and compete but s for working out. The YOR Shakes & Repair were my best friend when it came to post workout. In order to keep my abs flat and maintain good digestion I would use the fiber, SuperGreens and probiotics every night. The deal breaker for my core was definitely the digest and vitamins that allowed me to break down my food without depleting my energy. I made a commitment to myself to take these products everyday to properly regulate my body. When I started the challenge I only went to the gym twice a week but I knew if I wanted the best goals I had to go at least 4 times a week. By the end of the challenge I managed to consistently go 5 times a week and develop more confidence in myself. The challenge really help build my confidence because when you first start anything fitness, health or anything that's challenging, you tend to feel intimidated and scared, but with the help and support of the yorbestbody community I kept pushing to better myself. To sum it all up, the challenge has help me build both confidence and a community of friends. =D
