I started off at the weight of 145 and ended up going down to 138! I started off extremely motivated and I really pushed myself the first 3 weeks and I started to see really great results. I went down to 138 that first three weeks! Then my husband and I went out of town, we ate a lot, I still worked out, but I wasn't able to get back into my good eating habits when we came home. For the last 4-5 weeks of the challenge I continued to workout, but not as hard as I would have liked to. Throughout the 8 week challenge I followed the Yor Health regiment pretty closely. I started my morning with 2 repair, then vanilla MRP mixed with super greens and fiber, then I had my complete burn 2x a day, then I would take digest ultra & vitamins with all of my meals, I ended the day with 2 repair & probiotic. I tired to workout at least 5 days a week. I teach Zumba at the gym so I would incorporate 3 weight lifting days after zumba then I would do insanity as well. I will have to say that even though I know I could have done much better, this challenge really has changed me. I now understand what it takes to complete the challenge and I know that I will definitely enroll again and receive even greater results on my next challenge.
