When I started the challenge 8 weeks ago, my confidence was at an all time low. I had just returned from my travels to Europe where I had gained 5kgs on the scales and had lost muscle and my fitness. Returning home, I felt self conscious just walking down the street. It wasn't just the extra weight that caused this me to feel like this, I didn't feel healthy in general.

After 8 weeks in the challenge I have regained a lot of my fitness. I feel stronger than I have ever felt before! My confidence is back up because I not only have I lost my "holiday belly" but I feel energetic and healthy. When walking down the street I actually want people to look! Haha.

For the first time ever I tried the YOR Super Slim, which was a great help in readjusting to smaller portion sizes after overindulging at almost every meal when I was in Europe!
Most of the time I would work out in the morning, then I would have Supergreens, Fibre and YOR vanilla shake as a post workout recovery.
