Hola, soy Verónica Lagunas, tengo 31 años, cuando conocí Yor y el reto no imagine lo que podía significar en mi vida, me dí cuenta que no tenía que ver sólo con querer bajar de peso, eso creo que muchas personas lo quieren, sino con mejorar mi nutrición, hacer conciencia de lo que alimento a mi cuerpo y a mi mente!
Yo comencé tomando los PROBIOTICOS en la mañana en ayuno, después la MALTEaDA con FIBRA como desayuno y a medio día el SUPERGREENS con el BERRY BLAST (sabe delicioso) y una colación. Por la tarde junto con mi comida fuerte una cápsula de DIGEST y en la noche antes de dormir el SUPERGREENS! Por las mañanas hacia un poco de ejercicio de cardio 40 min. Aproximadamente.
Al principio pensé que no podría tomar tantos productos, pero al final me doy cuenta realmente han beneficiado mi salud, mi imagen y sobre todo han reforzado mi conciencia respecto al amor a mi cuerpo!!
