Well first and foremost I will like to say a massive thanks to my good friend Paoa faamita for welcoming me to these amazing products that I've been taking for my 8 week challenge. It has helped me so much to get to my full potential as an athlete in the off season and push me to the best of my abilities throughout my everyday life as a working labourer. Through hard days at work, loading and unloading containers and also throughout my toughest of times now back at pre-season rugby training these products and in particular the Berry Blasts have worked wonders.
The products I've been using are the Yor Meal Replacement, Yor super greens, Yor berry blast, Yor fibre plus, Yor digestive ultra, Yor probiotics and Yor repair ultra. My ultimate shake that I really loved using is the Meal replacement mixed with Yor berry blast and Yor super greens right after my workouts. I've never felt more alive in my whole life.
I have used numerous products before but using the Yor health products has given me the body that I have tried previously to get but failed to see results. Along with the body appearance my inner health is in good form. My energy levels have reached maximum potential in helping me get through my busy days of work, training and time with my family whilst being a hands on dad. I was weighing at 95 kgs at the start of my 8 week challenge and my goal was to lose my body fat and turn it to muscle and now I am currently at my fittest stage weighing at 90 kgs feeling awesome.
I was taking the products everyday, as soon as I woke up I took probiotics and repair ultra. At 8 o'clock I took one berry blast with two scoops of fibre plus and super greens. At 6pm. After every workout I did, which was everyday, straight away I would take two scoops of Yor meal replacement and one scoops of super greens. With every meal throughout the day I would take a digestive ultra for my body to absorb all the nutrients I was fuelling it with and before bed time was one probiotics and two repair ultra then repeat this daily.
These products have given me the best results and have not only transformed my body whilst reaping the health benefits but have certainly changed my lifestyle habits for the better!
