I started the challenge with the purpose of losing weight I was looking to get to 60kg to start my second challenge of fitness.

The process I did for my challenge was taking a probiotic pill in the morning and then taking the MRP
And then in the lunch I ate normal after taking a pill of digestive then after this I went everyday except weekends to make excersise 1 hour and after going to excersise I taked dinner that was the MRP shake after taking 1 digestive pill.

When I started the challenge my weight was 69kg so I put a goal of 60kg. Unfortunately I didn't get to my goal as I expected. My final weight is 64kg. I know that loosing weight is not to easy as well as getting to your goal at the first challenge. So I thought why I can't start 2 more challenges, first one and then the other one that would be slim and then fitness.

This challenge made me feel different as well as made me eat better and also changed my form of excersising and also with this I changed the form of viewing the food and calories that things contain.
I'm very happy that thanks to Yor and the challenge that actually work I could change weight.
