For me, the 8 week challenge was about starting to see some definition in my muscles which I've never really had before. I was starting with a bit of excess body fat. This meant I needed to increase my muscle mass while losing some of the body fat.

I began the challenge at 82kg and had a goal to reach 85kg. I am now 85.5kg which I'm very happy with! I am definitely noticing that my body is becoming more toned and others are making positive comments about the changes in my body.

I used the YOR Supergreens, YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Probiotic Ultra, and YOR Essential Vitamin everyday and YOR Berry Blast when I needed an energy boost!

The products definitely helped me feel better and less bloated and lethargic. I used to feel bloated after eating most of the time and, since I started using the products, it now rarely happens. The positive change in the way the products have made me feel almost outways the changes in how it looks. If you feel great inside, it doesn't matter how you like on the outside!

I exercised 3-5 times per week with a variety of different HIIT, resistance and cardio workouts. The products helped me to put extra effort into each session.
