Going into the 8 week challenge and being a new Yor Health client I had no expectations, however if I was going to do it I was going to give it my all.
Today my 8 week challenge ends and I'm super satisfied and happy to say I've lost 5.2kg and 12cm off my waist! At the beginning of the challenge I weighed 63.1kg and today I weighed in at 57.9kg.
The product regime I used was:
Pre-breakfast: 1 scoop of super greens, 1 scoop of fibre and half packet of berry blast.
Breakfast: MRP chocolate shake with 250ml water
Pre-lunch: 2 x vitamins, 1 x digestive, 2 x super slim
Pre-dinner: x vitamins, 1 x digestive, 2 x super slim
Bed time: 1 x probiotic
As far as my food intact went I decided for a life style change rather than a "diet". I committed to eating around 85-90% clean, allowing myself occasional treats.
I box with a like minded group of girls twice a week, play a social game of basketball, water ski generally every Sunday & walk my dog for 30-45minutes most days! Bianca who takes our boxing classes (who is also a Yor Health rep) has been super supportive! She's helped me track my results every two weeks which has defiantly kept me motivated!
Completing the Yor Best Body Challenge has given me the confidence to feel happy with who I am!! I look forward to continuing on with the products to aid in loosing body fat and toning muscle.
Through out my journey I have aimed for progression rather than perfection, slowly but surely I'm making it to where I want to be!!
