Entering this 8-week challenge was the push I needed to really take my health and my physique to the next level. I have been passionate about health and fitness for the past 6 years, and have been very dedicated and consistent with my training, but my diet and overall nutrition has always been the big killer for me and I’ve often found myself struggling to achieve substantial results despite training 3-4 times a week.
With the help of my good mate Greg Madder introducing me to the suite of YOR Health products, I was keen to give them a go, enter the challenge and get to work! So that’s what I did.
The products I used throughout my 8-week challenge are:

I started noticing some serious results 3-4 weeks in to the challenge, my nutrition was well under control and my energy in and out of the gym was and still is astonishing which made it easier to ramp up my training and start hitting the gym more often.
When I started the challenge I weighed in at 85 kilograms, and now I weigh 87 kilos.
Thanks’ to the 8-week challenge, the results I’ve been able to achieve, and all the support I’ve had along the way from my friends, family and co-workers, I plan to set my sights on competitive bodybuilding next year in 2015 while continuing to take the products and enter the challenge with my friends!
