What a ride it has been over the last 8 weeks.
8 weeks ago upon joining the 8 week challenge I didn't know what to expect, hearing this and that about he challenge I knew I had to give it ago myself.

After having my daughter 10 months ago and becoming so lazy to do any sort of exercising I knew it was going to be hard, playing basketball all my life then going to 0 once having my daughter really affected the way I thought about myself. I have only been on the court twice since having my daughter and watching younger girls run around me and show me up really hit me because I knew I was so much better than that and I didn't want those girls to remember me that way. I knew I had to make a change but just didn't know how.

I was introduced to the 8 week challenge by a good friend of mine, was able to see the change and impact it had made on his life and knew I couldn't let this pass, I knew in order for this to work for me I had to change my mindset and my attitude to wanting to help myself and better my health not only for myself but for my family and friends.

I've never used supplements before so it was all new to me. Since using the products I've been able to see and feel major changes in myself. The products have been really good, I fell in love with them all and can really see how they have helped me. At the beginning of my challenge I couldn't even run 20 metres without being tired, it was all power walking at the start and still I was puffing, at times I wanted to quit but I knew I couldn't, with the support of my partner and others close to me who kept pushing me through I found myself enjoying it. Now that I've come to end of my challenge I find I was training twice a day, I have the energy to go throughout my days now, I'm more alert and I find I can spend the day with my daughter, I have that energy to run around and I'm so motivated. I no longer need that support person to get me out of bed to train, I'm motivated to train alone to get the work done.

I was able to finish my challenge with a huge Basketball tournament over the weekend, I was deciding whether or not to play as I was a bit scared not knowing how I would cope but after playing I know I made the right decision. I can honestly say I was so proud of myself for getting back out on the court and proving to myself that I could do it. I had the energy to play all my games and actually run to the best of my ability. I felt joy and happiness as I got back out there and it was all thanks to YorHealth 8 Week Challenge.

I have lost a total of 7.2kgs(15.84lbs) gone from size 16 to size 12. That's such a major achievement for myself, I've never been in the 70s and I'm the lightest I've been in 8 years. I'm so happy and proud to have accomplished the 8 Week Challenge. I know I wouldn't have been able to do what I've done without my YorHealthNZ family. They've helped me in so many ways!

I'm the happiest I've been in a long time and I know although this is the end of my challenge it is only the beginning of my journey.

Thank you to all those who have helped me along my way xx #FAMNZ
