Before i started my 8 week challenge i was weighing in 64kgs, i was going to the gym 6 days a week and thought i was doing well with my fitness but was no were near happy with how my body looked or felt.
My friend who is a rep for yorhealth tagged me in a post on Facebook that was advertising support and diet plan for the 8 week challenge, I had been thinking about doing a challenge previously but being a full time student at university and working full time to pay to put myself through uni it all seamed a little exhausting.... After a little thought and a quick glance in the mirror I committed to it, and what can I say it really has been the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I feel great, light, energised and the fitist I have been for a VERY long time and not to mention the flattering comments i have been receiving from friends/family. I also found it much easier come final exam time to concentrate and with the busy days working and late night study I powered through! I was advised to take the SUPERGREENS, DIGEST and PROBIOTICS, 1X scoop Supergreens first thing in the morning, 1X digest with my dinner at night and 1X probiotic before bed. For the last 2 weeks I began taking the Super slim 2 X a day (before lunch and dinner), This along with my diet plan that was made up for me is what i stuck to along with exercising 5days per week with a mixed ratio of intense cardio and weight sessions. The last 8 weeks have really changed my life, I feel great, confident and do not plan going back to my old lifestyle..this really is to good to give up !! In total i lost 16.3 cms off my body measurements and my final weight was 59.4, did not quite reach my goal but have high intentions to keep pushing for that goal!
