My goal going into the 8 weeks challenge was to get into my best shape ever, to gain more energy and confidence. I can proudly say that I have achieved that.
I use to be a personal trainer and I use to run a lot of 12 week challenges, from taking the YOR Health products I've been able to get into better shape a lot faster doing the 8 week best body challenge.
In the past doing other challenges I found that I was lacking energy and getting very moody because of my meal plan but using the products it has helped with those energy levels and not once did I feel cranky, my family and friends noticed this too.
I trained 5-6 times a week, love taking YOR berry blast before each session as it gave me the extra edge while training and thanks to the YOR Repair Ultra I was able to train a lot more then I usually would.
When it come to taking the products as soon as I woke up I took the YOR Super Slim along with my Super Blast shake (Super Greens, Fiber and Berry Blast) and a Vitamin with my Breakfest.
For my 2nd meal I used the YOR MRP and with lunch I took the YOR Digest Ultra with another Vitamin.
My 4th Meal was also a YOR MRP and Dinner I also took the YOR Digest Ultra.
Before bed I had my YOR Probiotics with 1 YOR Repair Ultra and sometimes a Super greens.
I can say without a doubt in my mind that the YOR Best body challenge is the best out there compared to all the other different challenges I've tried in the past.
I got my summer body, I feel great and I'm definitely a more happy and confident person because of it.
