Hi everyone! My name is Lewis Lupton from Hong Kong. I must say, being on the 8 week challenge has really helped me overcome a confident issue i had with my body, commonly known as pidgeon chest cage, which means my lower rib bones protrude out further than my upper ribs.
Seeing so many people achieving their ideal physique was really inspiratve and motivating for me. I followed a simple but effective workout plan given by my upline. which included working the major muscle groups with compund movments in the begining and finishing with isolates. Working upper body and lower body seperately on individual days, twice a week.
Following a workout plan, with a proper diet and a MRP+Supergreen+Fiber Plus shake after each workout made far more practical improvments. My abdominals are filling the gap from my lower ribs in a healthier way. Repair Ultra was a key element to this change as i could keep up with ab workouts more often.
