In combination with my healthy plant based diet I used the incredible YOR Health Products to achieve my goal weight.
My favourite product is the YOR Supergreens which I have 2x a day once in my green smoothie and also in the afternoon. I also have the Fibre every morning in my green smoothie, YOR Probiotics morning and night, YOR Digest 2 x a day, and I have Berry Blast before a workout.
I exercise every day. Unfortunately didn't get to train as hard as I would have liked.
I have felt incredible since using the products and lost a lot of weight reaching my goal in which I converted a lot of it to muscle.
I am looking forward to entering the challenge again to work on muscle definition. It has been a great motivation to get serious and a great test to see how incredible the products really are.
