2014 has been a very tough year. I have suffered from illness the majority of the year having contracted bronchitis 5 times and tonsillitis once. I was always run down or ill and this impacted on my work and social life. After many attempts by a friend Nic to get me to a meeting i finally gave in and went along. I decided i would give the products a go and try an 8 week 'Sculpt' challenge. As soon as i signed up I became ill again with tonsillitis, within the first week of my challenge I had fallen from 74 to 73 kilograms. Despite this setback I began taking the supplements once I felt a bit better and started to hit the gym. I felt fantastic and full of energy and was able to complete my workouts really strongly. The supplements i took included the Yor Fibre Plus, Yor Digest Ultra, Yor Essential Vitamin, Yor Supergreens and Yor Probiotic. I also used Yor Berry Blast prior to a workout. I was taking each product once a day at appropriate intervals according to the instructions. I was going to the gym around 4 times per week and this continued for the next 7 weeks.
This challenge, as well as the supplements has drastically helped me get my health and exercise back on track and achieve my overall goal of putting on weight through lean muscle as well as feeling healthier on the inside.
