Al iniciar pesaba 47 kg y mi meta era aumentar 3kg en masa muscular, pero por algunas circunstancias personales ajenas al reto perdí 2 kg y no comencé mi reto desde semana uno, hasta las últimas tres me puse las pilas teniendo como meta mis 3kg en masa muscular,
