Ive been on the products now for 8+ months and seen some amazing results in total Ive lost around 15kg ..
This was my first 8 week challenge and I really wanted to do well. I have taken all the products continously and exercised regularly . However, Ive learnt that life knocks you down and youve got to pick yourself up. The last 8 weeks have proved that.
With everything I've done I still struggled to control my bad eating habits and feel as though no amount of exercise and Yorhealth supplies can save me from my emotional eating.
Im not extremely proud of my results although I've lost a total of 5kgs which was my goal I struggle to see the results in the photos .
I cant wait to start my next 8 week challenge and try even harder to gain the healthier lifestyle I've been dreaming of .
