Al finalizar este reto, me siento contenta porque ya no lo considero un sacrificio o una competencia con otros, me gusta disfrutar el reto de ocho semanas que se ha convertido para mí una herramienta para adquirir hábitos saludables convirtiéndolos en mi estilo de vida. Y que además me den la oportunidad de conocer más personas haciendo lo mismo, aprender de sus tips y experiencias, es maravilloso; el obtener un premiso sería un plus mayor.
Aunque no he logrado el abdomen que me gustaría, son consciente que es porque no lo he trabajado lo suficiente, pero me alegra que he mantenido mi peso, pero sobre todo mi salud. Me gusta ver mi brazo más tonificado y sentir mis piernas fuertes.
