My name is Daphne Navarro, I'm almost turning into 40...Wow!!! It is not easy to say it. However I can tell you that I feel fantastic, and I never felt as good as how I do right now!
Normally I do exercise, is part of my life. Running, for me, is a peace of mind and I used to feel good enough and I felt "normal" having a "little belly".
But 8 weeks ago I decided to start the challenge that has changed my life, No just my body! That belly has disappeared, I have more energy, I feel more enthusiastic and inspired to continue to challenge my body and myself, and keep seeing results.
For sure this is a Love story. It's about loving myself as a way to create health, happiness and longevity.
As part of my routine I exercise at least 4 days per week. I run and also do functional training. My meals are 6 per day... I start my day with YOR probiotics and a YOR repair. After that, one YOR super greens and an Apple. During my exercise, I drink YOR berry blast previous and YOR Muscle energy during the workouts to recover faster.
