Hi My name is Ben from Brisbane, Australia.

After arriving home from my 4 month American/South American backpacking adventure I had put on a few extra pounds here and there and my fitness was definitely at a low. My fitness was my top priority and through joining my local gym, rigorous dieting, training with likeminded awesome people and using the range of YOR health products I have taken control of my health.

Through my 8 week challenge I learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of. I am not at my goal weight just yet but this challenge has given me confidence to achieve my goal weight, a goal that once seemed unattainable.

The 8 week challenge and the YOR health products (particularly the delicious MRP and daily berryblast/supergreen combo) have provided a great opportunity for myself and clearly many others to give ourselves the chance to make the changes we want.

Having drive and purpose is the key to any success and now that I have tasted the success of my dues I have developed a passion to push my physical limits. Passion now fuels my drive to continue to raise the bar.
