I am super happy with my results from the past 8 weeks being a loss of 4.3kg, whilst I didn't quite reach my goal weight of 71kg I think 72.2 is great! my expectations for how I would feel generally… sleeping, energy, alertness and mood have been blown out of the water!
I had hurt my wrist and back during the 8 weeks which meant that I didn't manage to fit in much exercise, holly smokes… imagine if I had! (thanks to the YOR Repair Ultra both injuries have been healing very quickly and are now causing little to no pain)

I found the 8 week challenge to be really useful tool to keep me on track and much more regimented with taking the products which I had already been using, every day I woke up to a Greens shake with Fibre accompanied with 2 YOR essential Vitamins, soon after I had a Vanilla YOR MRP (often i'd add a few berries… or Mango OMG!) then with Lunch I would have the 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and 1 YOR Digest Ultra and at Dinner I would take the same, just before Bed I took 2 YOR Repair Ultra and 1 YOR Probiotic Ultra, If I was snackish in the afternoon I would have a half serving of the Chocolate MRP or if I was feeling a little sluggish I would have a Berry blast. I was a more mindful about what I was eating, trying to eat less processed foods and increase the amount alkaline foods I was eating, but don't get me wrong… I still enjoyed a few naughty treats more often than I would like to admit!

As a working single mum with a very active 16months old that doesn't like to sleep through the night, I cannot begin to explain how important quality sleep is and thanks to YOR health I have a great nights sleep every night. I have had so much more energy during the day even without the Berry blast (when I did have a Berry blast…. watch out! I was like a whirl wind at work!).

Going into the Summer holiday season I am feeling much more confident about getting into a Bikini and I am now really motivated to join a gym and give the Sculpt Challenge a go!
