My name is Roman Zakirov, I'm 28 years of age. This will be my fourth entry in the 8 week challenge.
I love the challenge as I get in the best shape and feel amazing.
I wanted to stay around the same weight but put on some muscle and definition.
I was already in good shape as I completed a challenge about 3 months ago.
The first 5 weeks I wanted to bulk up and put on some clean healthy weight. I was drinking protein shakes 3 times a day and having 5 meals. I was training 4-5 times a week at CrossFit.
Having Supergreens twice a day one in the morning and after my training also probotics before bed and YOR repair morning and night I was having 2 capsules as I needed it for the intense workouts.
My recovery was amazing, my fitness went through the roof in this 8 weeks. Gotten faster and stronger. I lost more weight than I intended but didn't loose my strength.
The last 3 weeks were more difficult as I had a few big occasions and fell off the wagon on the weekends. But would get back on the horse during the week.
It just goes to show how great these products are. I still got great results with being a little naughty at the most import stage of cutting. I was also taking super slims 3 times a day.
