I purchased the slim package, which includes the MRP chocolate and vanilla shake, berry blast, repair ultra, probiotic and the digestive ultra.
Every morning at 5am I wake up and have a probiotic, at 6:30am after my workout, I have a shake and berry blast for breakfast. I have a handful of ham and a piece of fruit for morning tea, and for lunch just some brown rice and salmon, along with my digest ultra. In the afternoon I have another shake and berry blast. For dinner I have a healthy meal that I choose from my meal plan, along with taking my digest ultra.
I exercise 1-2 times a day, 5-6 times a week. In my week I do pump classes, running, and exercises from the website.
This challenge has change my life so much, for the better. I had glandular fever at the beginning of 2013, from then on I was always sick with something. Since taking these products, eating healthy and exercising, I have noticed huge differences in my body, attitude, energy levels, tiredness and so much more! I looked forward to each week to pass to measure and weigh my self again to see how much I had improved in that week. To see and feel the changes so fast helped me stay motivated. I have so much energy all the time and I hardly ever get sick anymore! I didn't reach my goal weight, but I'm a much happier healthier person!
