All my life I have struggled with my weight. I haven't always been the biggest girl, but I have never been the "fit" or skinny girl either. It had made me very self conscious throughout my life. I played competitive soccer ever since I could remember and also four years of collegiate soccer, but even then, I struggled with being the "bigger" girl on the team. My family has also had a ton of medical problems ranging from early strokes, diabetes, heart conditions, breast cancer to various other cancers. This has scared me since I am only 23 years old. I wanted to become more proactive with my health so that I can hope to eliminate or lessen the burden of my health issues later in life like my parents have had.
I started taking the entire Yor Health product line back in November and joined the Yor Best Body challenge in the first group in January and now this fourth group. Ever since November, I have lost 16 pounds, completed two half marathons and competitively (which was always thought of as being impossible), and have had more energy than I have had all my life. Throughout this challenge, I believe a huge difference has been staying consistent. I stayed consistent with my morning breakfast, lunch, and dinner regime of the products. For breakfast I make various kinds of MRP shakes with unsweetened almond milk/coconut milk. I always add Yor Fiber Plus to my shakes as well. In addition, I take 2 complete burn first thing in the morning as well. For lunch, I take 1 digest ultra, 2-3 essential vitamins, and my last complete burn for the day. Before my workout (which I workout 4-5 times a week for at least an hour), I mix my super greens with either orange or apple juice to give me a little more boost of the natural energy. For dinner or post workout- I replace my meal with another MRP at least 2-3 times a week. Otherwise, I eat a smaller meal consisting of rice, beans, chicken, and veggies at least. Right before I go to bed, I take 1 probiotic and 2 repair. The repair has been amazing to help my recovery from my workouts everyday and give me the ability to workout just as hard the next. They've especially been amazing after my races.
Now, at 23, I can say I am the most fit and energetic that I've been in my entire life. I am looking forward to joining the next 8 week challenge and sculpting up my body a bit more! Thank you Yor Health! You have been a life changer!
