My goal for the 8 Week Challenge was to get down to 155lbs and gain more muscle definition. My starting weight was 160lbs and my most problematic area was my stomach. I drink a lot of beer and I knew that I would need some help shedding a few pounds off. I work out 4 times a week and take the products everyday. After 8 weeks using the products I have been able to get down to 157lbs and tone up. I feel great! I am excited to join the challenge again and push myself to further my results.
