hey everyone, my names Matt and I've just turned 30. I live in Burleigh heads, qld, Australia . I'm a fly in fly out worker and have been on night shift for over 12 months so my energy levels and sleep patterns have been not to great for some period of time.
ive always been into sport and training but always found it hard to keep the motivation to keep training hard to get to a body I was happy with.
i decided to do the yor health 8 week challenge to see if i could get the results I wanted and to prove to myself I could comit to something and stick to it.
i used all of the products included in the sculpt pack and also introduced yor fiber in the last 4 weeks. My favourite products are the super greens and digestive pills.
i trained a lot of cardio and weights, unfortunately I bulged a disk in my back in the second week so have been restricted to some exercises. I still had really good gains in all round strength and fitness, I am still really happy with my results and can't wait to do another challenge.
